Docutone Ltd is a subsidiary of Madlo Group Ltd.  This privacy policy explains how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.  We do not share your personal data with our parent company or their subsidiaries.  Docutone Ltd is the Data Controller of all data gathered or stored in the course of our business. 

 

What data do we collect?

Docutone Ltd collects the following data:

  • Payment data sufficient to administer transactions between you and us

How do we collect data?

You directly provide Docutone Ltd with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Place an order for any of our products or services

  • We may use in part, or reproduce for our own purposes, audio files. These are always anonymised and do not reveal any personal identifiable data pertaining to the original audio client

We do not share your data with third party companies or with our parent company, Madlo Group Ltd.

When Docutone Ltd processes your order, we may share your information with a third party credit reference agency for the purpose of preventing fraudulent transactions.  We may also share your data with the relevant authorities in the prevention or detection of crime.

 

How do we store your data?

Docutone Ltd stores its data on local databases and through our cloud services.  In processing your order or producing your product or service, we may share some data electronically with our employees or contractors using our own internal systems or procedures.  We do not export data into non-digital formats.  We do not outsource data storage.

We usually keep your data for 90 days from the delivery date of your product or service.  Where you have an ongoing product or service arrangement with us, we will usually keep your data for 90 days after your subscription or service comes to an end.  We do not routinely delete audio files though we do disassociate the files from the customer/client personal identifiable data to ensure ongoing anonymity.

Docutone Ltd would like to send you information about products or services of ours that we think you might like.

  • The right to rectification– you may request that Docutone Ltd correct any information you believe is incorrect or inaccurate.  You may also ask us to rectify any information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure– You have the right to request that Docutone Ltd erase your personal data, subject to certain conditions

  • The right to restrict processing– You have the right to request that Docutone Ltd restrict the processing of your personal data, subject to certain conditions

  • The right to object to processing– You have the right to object to Docutone Ltd processing your personal data, subject to certain conditions
